Many gyms and fitness centers are closed, and it can be difficult to find ways to continue working out while still following social distancing and safety rules. In these difficult times, it is important that we prioritize the physical and mental health of our employees. I wanted to provide some tips and resources (and some group challenges) that will hopefully make it all easier!

What better way to encourage healthy competition than a fitness challenge! This year, we are asking employees to participate in 30 minutes of exercise every day for 30 days. Each team must keep track of what they do every day, by taking a photo or writing down the tasks they complete. Our fitness challenges are completely voluntary, just something to help employees feel connected and motivated to keep working. If it’s not in the company’s budget to include a gift, competing for the right to the right is always fun too!
